IMPORTANT NOTE:
All registrations are fully processed only after payment is received. Payments made for registrations after the early deadline (May 9, 1997) are subject to the late registration fee. Cancellations received in writing by Meeting Management by May 1, 1997 will receive a refund, minus a $100 administrative charge. No refunds will be issued after that date, although substitutions may be made any time before June 5, 1997 by faxing/mailing the substitute registrant's name to Meeting Management. All other substitutions and registrations after June 5, 1997 must be handled on-site.
